"3D Forensic's ability to forensically recreate what is available to be seen at night is amazing, and the forensic approach they strive for shows in the end product."
For years, testimony on nighttime visibility was based on subjective, sensory observations of experts without mathematical quantification. The accepted truth about whether a driver or pedestrian could see something at night, or how much the average person could see, didn’t exist outside the mind of the expert witness.
Our practice, however, was the first to innovate the modern forensic nighttime visibility analysis through light measurement. We can mathematically verify that elements on our presentation match the visibility and reflectivity seen in the real world. This has opened the world of forensic analysis to a new technological standard of verification.
This analysis allows legal counsel to know what was visible in an accident at night or in the dark prior to litigation. Our presentations then allow you to confidently put opposing counsel or juries in the visual perspective of a driver at night.

"We have used Jason Fries and his team twice to create medical videos depicting complex surgeries. The videos impressed both the jury and the defense attorneys. Perhaps most helpful, Jason will work on short notice and provide a persuasive product."
